ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD). No.4261 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Since the third petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition in respect of third petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed in respect of third petitioner. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners 1 and 2 have been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners 1 and 2 in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed.
