The petitioner challenges the online rejection order passed by the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On going through the online rejection order which is challenged in the present writ petition, I am able to see that the petitioner's application has been summarily rejected without any opportunity being granted to the petitioner or any enquiry being conducted.

4. In view of the above, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted to the 2nd respondent for considering the petitioner's application afresh, 2/4

after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties and pass orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
