This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing CRP(MD) SR.No.23930 of 2026. 2.It is represented by both sides that though this Court has ordered notice yesterday, Mr.V.Maragathavel, by caveat, has entered appearance for the contesting respondents. He takes notice for the contesting respondents. He has also no objection to the delay being condoned. 3.I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
