This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order dated 17.08.2020 and direct the first respondent to register the above said gift deed dated 23.07.2020.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondents submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
