This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for the Petitioner`s life and limb to enjoy his property in Old.Sy.No.3285, R.Sy.No.379/12B of 1 Acre 1 Cent 887 square links situated at Midalam A-Village, Killliyoor taluk, Kanyakumari District. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of property in Old.Sy.No.3285, R.Sy.No.379/12B of 1 Acre 1 Cent 887 square links situated at Midalam A-Village, Killliyoor taluk, Kanyakumari District. While so, the third respondent, without any right in the property, causing disturbance to the petitioner from the peaceful possession and enjoyment over the property and abused him in filthy language and caused life threat. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 16.03.2025, but the same has not been considered.

Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner in respect of property dispute and the same is under enquiry. They have assigned CSR No.

they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action within a period of 15 days.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5.According to the petitioner, he has received the life threat from the third respondent, therefore, he has sent a representation and the second respondent has also admitted the receipt of the representation and the same is under enquiry.

6.In view of the above, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.03.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law and after affording opportunity to both parties within a period of 15 days from the date of this order 3/5

7.With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
