This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.02.2025 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 28.02.2025, the petitioner lodged a complaint against one Alagarsamy and others for sale of the subject property by cheating the petitioner, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they received the petitioner's complaint and the same is under enquiry, for which, enquiry will be conducted and appropriate decision will be taken in accordance with law. 2/4

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.02.2025, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and act in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 16.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR To
