Notice had been directed to the fourth respondent, but even otherwise both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader stated that the fourth respondent had filed O.S.No.56 of 2023 before the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi, with respect to the very same lands and the next hearing date is tomorrow / 08.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner however, placed his grievances that the fourth respondent had instituted the suit after three round of litigation and stated that the petitioner is in possession and raised an apprehension that the possession of the petitioner would be disturbed.

3. It is also seen that the learned District Munsif has not granted any injunction in favour of the fourth respondent herein. Let the petitioner and the fourth respondent now concentrate on the progress of the O.S.No.56 of 2023 in their best interest.

4. The relief sought in the Writ Petition, therefore, cannot be granted. he Writ Petition stands disposed of. The Revenue Officials may take necessary steps after the disposal of the said suit and depending on the outcome of the said suit. No costs.
