This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for his wilful disobedience of the order made in W.M.P. (MD)No.26345 of 2023 in W.P.(MD)No.30647 of 2023 dated 02.01.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the order passed in W.M.P.(MD)No.26345 of 2023 in W.P.(MD)No.30647 of 2023 has been complied with. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition.
