ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Since no adverse order is likely to be passed against the respondents 7 and 8, notice to them is dispensed with.

3.Seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to take action against the seventh and eighth respondents for their illegal activities by blocking the pathway in Aranmanaipatti, Adhanoor Post, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, the present petition is filed.

4.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that already an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police, where the petitioner as well as the respondents 7 and 8 had given a written undertaking that they will resolve their disputes before the competent civil Court, based on which, despite CSR is issued, the said complaint was closed.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, directing the petitioner and the respondents 7 and 8 to resolve their dispute by approaching the competent civil forum, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
