G.MUTHUKANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the respondent herein vacate the premises in quarters and handed over the possession to the petitioner during the month of October 2016. Recording the above said submission and also placing on record the letter dated 20.10.2016 submitted by the petitioner/Management, the order passed by this Court in CRP(MD)No.1591/2016, dated: 01/09/2016 is complied with.
