This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the R2 to file a final report in Crime No.116/2018. . 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police seeks time to get instructions. Hence, the matter was called in the afternoon. However, the respondent Police has failed to provide the information. 3.The Government has provided so many facilities to the Police to share the information. However, the respondent Police is not showing any interest to provide the information. It shows the attitude of the respondent Police in conducting the investigation. 4.Since the case was registered in the year 2018, the respondent Police is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any final report is filed, the 2/4

learned Magistrate is directed to taken on file the same within a period of two weeks, thereafter.
