Respondents Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for constructing the upstairs to his house in due compliance of the judgement and decree passed by the learned District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam in O.S.No.538/2013 on the basis of the representation sent by the petitioner dated 24.06.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide adequate police protection for constructing the upstairs to the petitioner's house, in due compliance of the judgement and decree passed by the learned District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam in O.S.No.538/2013 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.06.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 27.06.2021.
