This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that it is a dispute between the landlord and tenant. The private respondents are the tenants of the property. The petitioner, who is the owner of the property has filed this petition stating that some persons are disturbing his possession over the property. 3.In view of the above submission and nature of dispute between the parties, the petitioner has to seek remedy before the civil Court and this Court cannot grant such a relief to the petitioner. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
