The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.1020 of 2024, dated 19.01.2024. 1/3

2. This Court passed an order in W.P(MD)No.1020 of 2024 suo motu impleading the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti as 6th respondent in the said writ petition and directing her to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.T6/776017/2023, dated 29.05.2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Pursuant to the said order, the contemnor herein has passed an order, dated 17.05.2024. As against the same, revision petition has also been preferred by the petitioner before the District Revenue Officer.
