ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the settlement deed executed by the petitioner in favour of his wife was refused to be received by the third respondent.

2. When the matter came up for admission, Mr.P.T.Thiraviyam, learned Government Advocate representing the respondents, on the basis of the instructions that have been given by the third respondent on 12.04.2025, states that if the petitioner presents the settlement deed, it will be registered by the third respondent. This statement of the third respondent is taken as undertaking given to this Court by the third respondent.

3. The petitioner states that the document will be presented during the course of next week. If so presented, the third respondent shall register the same.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
