O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and before the mediation centre, both the parties have arrived at compromise on 26.07.2018 and the parties and their respective counsels also signed in the settlement agreement.

4.The Mediation Centre has recorded the settlement between the parties and has sent report before this Court. The said report shall form part of this order.
