[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed on the ground that the Inspector of Police, Pattukkottai Police Station has not taken appropriate action based on the complaint of the petitioner.
2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint of the petitioner was transferred to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.613 of 2020 Adiramapattinam police station and the petitioner has not impleaded necessary parties.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the habeas corpus petition.
4. In the light of the above submissions, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh habeas corpus petition.
