ORDER
Heard Mr.P.Saravanakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the 5th respondent. Notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with, since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 6th respondent.
2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner has given a representation on 04.05.2022 to the respondents i.e., Revenue Department and Survey Department to survey and identify the four boundaries of the land in Survey No.65/3B, 3D, 3F, 4A, 4H, 4F, 4B and 4E comprised in Patta No.1977 situated at Palayapatti Village, Budalur Taluk, Thanjavur District. In order to consider the said representation and to take action thereon, the petitioner has moved this Writ Petition. 4.Considering the innocuous nature of the prayer, where the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the said representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2022 will be decided on merits, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court, this Court is inclined to give a direction that the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2022 and take action thereon at the earliest, preferably, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
