This Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.610 of 2015 on the file of the Thalamuthu Nagar Police Station, Tuticorin against the petitioner/accused. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, would submit that the Charge Sheet has been filed on 15.10.2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi. A copy of the charge sheet has also been produced before this Court.
