ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and their men not to harass the petitioner by way of foisting false case against the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having six previous cases under Section 110 Cr.P.C. and hence, the petitioner will be called for enquiry by the respondent Police.

5.Under such circumstances, this "Not to harass" petition is not maintainable.

Hence, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
