Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in O.Mu.4616/2020/A1, dated 27.11.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to issue the legal heir certificate for the petitioner's minor son for her mother Arthi. ORDER

When this Court expressed its mind that the impugned order passed by the first respondent does not require interference, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for liberty to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
