O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection during the survey of petitioner's property situated in Survey Nos. 1680/1I, 1680/1D, and 1680/1F, located at Thadikombu Village, Dindigul District, as per petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of property in Survey Nos. 1680/1I, 1680/1D, and 1680/1F, situated at Thadikombu Village, Dindigul District. When he decided to survey the land, the adjacent land owners caused obstruction to conduct survey. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent police, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that earlier complaint of the petitioner was closed. Again, the petitioner has sent a complaint and the same is under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, and the 2nd respondent is also admitted the receipt of the complaint and the same is under enquiry, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.04.2025 and dispose the same within a period of one week from the date of this order, after affording opportunities to both parties and in accordance with law.

5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
