In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st petitioner to hear the pending appeal on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same, after giving a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 6 herein, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
