The suit was filed by one Ramachandran seeking various reliefs. When the matter was posted for arguments, he took out three applications for reopening, recall of himself and for receiving additional documents. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the said Ramachandran has passed away. Therefore, I am of the

view that nothing survives for adjudication in these three civil revision petitions. Hence, the civil revision petitions are closed as infructuous. No costs.
