ORDER

The District Registrar, Tiruchirappalli has informed the parties concerned that enquiry into the application submitted under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 has been kept on hold. This decision was rightly taken. The petitioner has given the petition for cancellation of the documents registered in the year 2023. The first respondent will take a call in the matter based on the outcome of the reference that is now pending consideration before the Hon'ble Division Bench.
