O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's online complaint dated 25.01.2023 vide Reference No.CDE 23013618 and issued the missing certificate regarding with the sale deed Document No.2782/1983, dated 29.11.1983 registered before Melapalayam Sub Register Office, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the respondent for missing of original sale deed document bearing No.2782 of 1983 dated 29.11.1983. Property is situated at Kulavanigarpuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, in Survey No.439/2 and 439/3.

Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police and complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if not satisfied.
