Respondents Prayer : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Lower Court for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.281 of 2016 in I.A.No.142 of 2016 in O.S.No.99 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, within a stipulated time. ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, to dispose of the I.A.No.281 of 2016 in I.A.No.142 of 2016 in O.S.No.99 of 2016.

2. Mr.M.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first respondent has instituted the suit in O.S.No.99 of 2016, against the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 5 for permanent injunction and in I.A.No.142 of 2016, the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, has granted an order of interim injunction. Thereupon, the petitioner herein filed I.A.No.281 of 2016 to vacate the interim injunction, however the petition is pending for more than six months without any progress. It is further contended that the other respondents are colluding with the first respondent and delaying the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case , the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.281 of 2016 in I.A.No.142 of 2016 in O.S.No.99 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
