PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in pursuant to the proceedings of the respondent No.2 in Detention Order in P.D.No.41/2022, dated 03.05.2022 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's son namely, Dominic Deepak, son of Gabriel, aged about 32 years, who is now detained in Central Prison, Thiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty. [Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.3792, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 24.06.2022 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
