PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in pursuant to the proceedings of the respondent No.2 in Detention Order in P.D.No.41/2022, dated 03.05.2022 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's son namely, Dominic Deepak, son of Gabriel, aged about 32 years, who is now detained in Central Prison, Thiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.
