O R D E R

This writ petition is filed by a Headmistress working in the Education Department against the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 to consider her representations dated 15.07.2024 and 10.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner earlier filed a writ petition in WP(MD)No.21314 of 2021. This Court, vide order dated 19.03.2024, directed the petitioner to submit fresh representation to the respondents 3 and 4 and further directed the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the same and pass orders within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In compliance of the same, the petitioner submitted fresh representations on 15.07.2024 and 10.08.2024. Since the said representations have not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Mr.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on 14.08.2024 and the same is communicated to the petitioner. 2/5

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

5. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to challenge the order dated 14.08.2024 of the third respondent, if so advised.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
