The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, dated 11.06.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.06.2018, has been registered in Crime No.470 of 2018 on 16.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and 3
(1) of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992. He has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
