The petitioners, who are the Accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.264 of 2023, have filed this application to quash the FIR pending against them. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that in this case, investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, to take the final report on file and the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
