The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to sanction education loan to the petitioner for the purpose of perusing 4th and 5th years B.Sc.,L.L.B., Course (5 Years Course).

2.Today (i.e.01.08.2018) when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner herein had not made an online application owing to which they are unable to take further action. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is willing to make a fresh online application and the respondent may be directed to consider the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4 In the light of the submission made by the respective counsels, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh online application under the Scheme "Vidya Lakshmi Portal" and on receipt of such valid application, the second respondent shall consider the same positively and disburse the educational loan within a period of two weeks therefrom.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
