ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.685 of 2024 pending on the file of the third respondent dated 19.12.2024 and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, within a time frame.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.685 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed. Therefore, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court directs the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.685 of 2024 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/42/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
