ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, CSR No. 39 of 2026 has been registered and the same is pending and so far, no case has been registered against the petitioners.

2. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police if the appearance of the petitioners is required, the respondent police shall issue notice to the petitioners and thereafter complete the enquiry in accordance with law.
