ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to expedite the proceedings in RCOP.No.359 of 2014, pending on the file of Learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town.

2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the revision petitioner herein / landlord has filed RCOP.No.359 of 2014 before the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai. The said OP was filed on 17.12.2014 and the notice was served to the respondent / tenant and they have entered appearance through their counsel. According to the petitioner, the respondent/tenant has not filed any reply statement in the RCOP and has filed the present Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the said RCOP within the stipulated period of time.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent has not filed any reply statement, in spite of several occasions, the RCOP has been posted for filing reply statement, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Additional District Munsif , Madurai, to dispose of the said RCOP as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
