ORDER

It is informed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that even before the day of the filing of the writ petition itself, patta has been transferred in favour of the third respondent. That apart, a civil suit in OS.No.115 of 2020 is pending on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Madurai and is posted for trial.

2. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed. The parties shall co-operate for the speedy disposal of the above suit. No costs.
