ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue appropriate direction to the second and the third respondents to register a case, on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.06.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, the case has been registered on 16.07.2018 in Crime No.280 of 2018 for offences under Sections 3(1) (r) of the Schedule Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015 and 3(1)(s) of the Schedule Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), no further adjudication is required in this petition.
