Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the termination notice in Letter No. 1923/FH/2017 dated 25.04.2022 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the premises of Hotel Tamilnadu, Viruthunagar except under due process of law.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the termination notice issued by the first respondent and to forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the premises of Hotel Tamilnadu, Virudhunagar.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, possession has already been handed over to the first respondent on 01.05.2022 and nothing survives to be adjudicated. 2/4
