ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has been filed only for issuance of a patta. However, pending the writ petition, the petitioner has been issued with patta. 2.Considering the fact that the respondent has already issued patta to the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration. This writ petition is closed. No costs.
