RC(MD).No.159 of 2020 This Criminal Revision filed under Sections 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 16.12.2019 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.3610 of 2019 in Crime No.108 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and set aside the same by allowing the above Criminal Revision Petition and further direcet the respondent police to return the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN.-65-F-5037 Tractor to the revision Petitioner.

ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. S.M.Sanjay, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Ms. K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.159 of 2020, dated 27.02.2020.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is ready to abide the condition, but, prayed for further time, complying the condition No.(b).
