PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings P.D.NO.4/2024, dated 01.04.2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely Sranraj, S/o.Ravanan, aged 22 years, (Now detained at Central Prison, Cuddalore) before thsi Court and set him at liberty.
