ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint preferred by the third respondent/defacto complainant was enquired into and the same was closed, therefore, the present petition is liable to be dismissed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
