ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time" and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing earlier orders passed in this petition, and upon perusing the requisition letter in D.No.674/2025 dated 02.07.2025 submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, requesting further time to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.479 of 2013, pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Pudukottai, this Court made the following order: This Court, by order dated 10.07.2024, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S. No.479 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, vide letter in D.No.34/2025 dated 10.01.2025, this Court by order dated 03.03.2025 extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, once again addressed a letter in D.No.674/2025, dated 02.07.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further time to comply with the orders dated 10.07.2024 and 03.03.2025 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 10.07.2024 and 03.03.2025.
