ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to cancel the patta issued to the fourth respondent obtained by misrepresenting the facts and taking advantage of the petitioner's advanced age.

2.The petitioner has given a representation on 02/04/2025 and the same is pending before the second respondent. 2/4

3.Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to both parties and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2025 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
