O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against those who created forged document in registered as Document No.858/2006 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Ilayankudi based upon petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the private respondent before the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner sent a representation with the same set of allegations before Subramaniyapuram 2/5
Police Station, Madurai and the same was enquired and closed. However, they will conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.04.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's complaint and the same is under enquiry, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.04.2025 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
