O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to expedite the investigation on the complaints given by the petitioner on 15.02.2025 and 22.03.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against one Shanmugavel before the 1st respondent on 15.02.2025 stating that the said Shanmugavel unnecessarily making allegations through WhatsApp messenger. The said complaint was forwarded to the respondents 2 and 3, but no action has been taken. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation on 22.03.2025, but the same not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the complaint from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of one week. 4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of complaint of the 2/4

petitioner, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, in accordance with law. 5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
