ORDER

The plaintiffs in O.S No.170 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai are the revision petitioners herein. In the said suit, the defendants filed I.A No.211 of 2015 for filing the additional written statement. The same was allowed. Questioning the same, this civil revision petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.During pendency of this civil revision petition, the trial has substantially progressed. The plaintiffs side evidence was over. The defendant also adduced evidence and was partially cross examined. At this stage, the order impugned in this civil revision petition cannot be interfered with. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
