ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the detenue, has sought production of the detenue namely Santhana Mari, W/o.Chellappa, aged about 29 years.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The detenue is appeared along with her two minor children. She informs the differences with the husband owing to his having an extra marital affair and of leaving the matrimonial home. She was earlier staying with her uncle and now she and her children would be staying with her mother at Adaya Karungulam, Vikramasingapuram, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Tirunelveli District.

4.Recording the said position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
