ORDER : This Civil Revision petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. J. JOHN FOR R1 and no appearance for the Respondents 2 to 4 either in person or through Advocate, the court made the following order:- By order dated 02.08.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of MCOP.No.148/2008, within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.156 dated 23.01.2019, whereby, stating certain reasons, the Court below requested further time of six months to comply with the order dated 02.08.2018 made in this revision. The request of the learned Judge for extension of time is dated 23.01.2019 and already more than 4 moths have elapsed.

3. Therefore, considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 02.08.2018.
