ORDER

This revision arises out of the order passed by the learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai in I.A.No.75 of 2016 in O.S.No.120 of 2013.

2. The petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.120 of 2013 against the respondents for permanent injunction. Pending suit, he filed an application in I.A.No.75 of 2016, seeking permission to examine the District Collector, Pudukkottai, the Inspector of Land Survey, Pudukkottai, Tahsildar, Karambakudi, and the Village Administrative Officer of Pallavarayanpatthai as witness in this case.

3. Since the petitioner has not assigned any reason for examination of the witnesses, the Trial Court dismissed the application. Aggrieved over the order, the present revision is filed.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

5. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has instituted the suit, for permanent injunction against the private parties. Indisputably, the petitioner has not assigned any reason for examination of the Government Officials. Hence, I do not find any perversity or illegality in the order impugned, warranting interference of this Court.

6. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
